Michael is a California State University, Fresno Alumni with a degree in Political Science. Founder of MD Manouel Insurance Agency. Michael has over 38 years of experience in all lines of Insurance. Starting his Agency back in 1974. Michael began his insurance career at Travelers Insurance as an underwriter. Michael’s insurance expertise is in Workers Compensation, Agriculture, Social Services and various others. Michael is married to wife Andrea. He is a major Non-Profit supporter; especially the ASPCA. Michael’s passions include: reading, raising Thoroughbred Horses, golfing, Fresno State Bulldog Athletics and adores his Yorkie’s BoBo & Molly.

Austin G. Brock,

Austin is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a degree in Communications. Austin has been with MD Manouel for 6 years now and is Certified in AFIS (Agribusiness Farming Insurance Specialist) and CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist). He is a strong Supporter of those in our Military and is President of the Hubbard Baro Memorial Golf Tournament, which has raised over $100,000 in support of our local Veterans. Austin is married to wife Caitlin who is expecting their second child, and are proud parents of Giana Grace.

Chad J. Seiler

Chad is a graduate from California State University, Fresno, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He was a Scholarship Athlete on the Track Team. Chad joined MD Manouel back in 2002 and has learned the business from the ground up. He became Producer in July 2006. Chad is Certified in AFIS (Agribusiness farming Insurance Specialist), has a superior knowledge in Social Services and a wide range of unique industries. Chad also has extensive knowledge in Self-Insured Workers Compensation Group. Chad is married to wife Nicole and are proud parents of two beautiful boys Carson & Chase. Chad is an avid Sports fan.

She obtained her Fire and Casualty Broker license and worked as an Account Manager specializing in all lines of commercial accounts. Tracy now utilizes this extensive experience as a Sales Executive here at M.D. Manouel Agency. Tracy has built her career based on integrity and character and holds strong connections with her clients. Tracy is married to husband Eric and they have 2 children. She is also a board member of Insurance Women of Fresno, and a avid community volunteer and loves the Sprit Women & Children of Fresno.
