Andrea has been in the insurance industry for over 35 years. She has been with MD Manouel for over 26 years and is Secretary of our Corporation. Throughout the years Andrea has serviced many large accounts. Andrea is passionate about her organizational skills and thrives on creating the office structure and procedures with a positive work environment. She understands the importance of “Quality Customer Service” and takes pride in hiring qualified experienced employees to handle our client’s needs. Andrea is involved in our community by volunteering for Valley Crime Stoppers, and raising funds for our Veteran’s Hospital with Hubbard Baro Memorial Golf. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys cooking & entertaining. Andrea loves her Yorkie’s BoBo & Molly.

Cynthia A. Frank

Cynthia has been with MD Manouel for 5 years now. She comes to us with two certificates in accounting. 14 years of book keeping experience, and 7 years of Tax Preparation. She has two beautiful children. Away from work Cynthia enjoys cooking for her Family & Friends along with being an excellent billiards player with her Fresno League.

Jeri Woods
- Employee Benefits Manager

Jeri has been a Customer Service Agent for over 20 years now. She has obtained her Life & Health license 17 years ago. Jeri joined MD Manouel in 2005 Specializing in all aspects of Small Group Employee Benefits. Jeri is married to husband Billy and they have three children: Kayla, Dallon & Hailey. She enjoys playing Wii with her kids, baking, Scrapbooking and BBQing with Family & Friends.

Debbie L. Jett

With over 20 years experience in Personal Lines insurance and 8 years with MD Manouel. Debbie prides herself in providing quality customer service to our Personal Lines Clients. One of Debbies biggest attributes are our Personal Referrals from existing clients due to Debbie’s loyal services. She enjoys Nascar, camping, kids, critters and seniors.

Stacey L. Barnes
- Commercial Lines Manager

Stacey has been with MD Manouel for 20 years. She is the Commercial Lines Department Manager. Stacey specializes in providing structured Risk Management tools for large commercial accounts that include Non-Profit agencies for at-risk youth, developmentally disabled operations, a vast array of social service type risks, and many other commercial insurance products. She has experience with large complex workers’ compensation accounts and works with self insured products. She enjoys working closely with her department co-workers to provide top notch service to all our clients. Stacey also enjoys spending good quality time with her daughter, enjoying activities like wakeboarding and snowboarding.

Linda A. Stone
- Commercial Lines Underwriting Manager

Linda brings a variety of knowledge to MD Manouel with over 30 years of insurance experience. Linda’s specialty is rating & placing New Business to our agency and getting us competitive pricing to achieve our sales goals. Her background in insurance includes servicing, sales & marketing management. Linda enjoys her four legged pets, Lili Bell & Molly, and most of all her Harley Davidson.

Mary has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. Her roles in insurance have included being a Customer Service representative and agent in Personal Lines. She has also assisted in Commercial underwriting. Mary recently joined MD Manouel in the Commercial Department as a Customer Service Agent. She understands the importance of our clients’ needs and strives in giving each client a personal relationship with her. Mary also is Notary Public and is available to assist our clients. Mary enjoys reading, astronomy, woodworking and travel.

Angine G. Martirosian
- Reception/Automation

Angine has been with MD Manouel since 2005. Her experience with Automation and being Systems Coordinator allows our agency to operate efficiently. Her Administrative responsibilities include being Receptionist, Customer Support to all Departments and Information Technology with day to day troubleshooting. Angine is currently enrolled in insurance school to further expand her knowledge in insurance. Angine enjoys various types of music, cooking, she is also very in touch with her Armenian Heritage.
